Alex is a Registered Landscape Architect (CT, CO) with a broad range of experience ranging from large scale waterfront parks to small courtyards in both the public and private sector. He is passionate about transforming outdoor spaces into captivating and functional environments. Alex loves to iterate both big-picture and detailed design solutions to ensure all aspects of a design are curated to fit each site. He places a high value on how design solutions are communicated to both the owners and construction teams – this ensures expectations are clear and vision’s are accurately executed.

One of his distinctive qualities is an innate ability to delve into the finer details of a project. This meticulous approach ensures that every element, from program development, plant selection, and hardscape design, is thoughtfully considered and integrated seamlessly into the overall landscape. With a keen eye for aesthetics and functionality, Alex is adept at crafting outdoor spaces that not only look stunning but also serve their intended purpose efficiently.

Alex’s dedication to each project doesn’t stop at the design phase. An exceptional talent in construction administration, when appropriate, he stays involved throughout the implementation process. Outside of work, Alex spends most of his time – along with his wife Amanda – trying to keep up with their son George. To help him keep up with their toddler, Alex likes to workout at his local Crossfit gym. He is an outdoorsman and enjoys ice fishing, wandering the woods for turkey, deer, or pheasant, foraging, and going on bike rides.
