Streetscape and roofdeck amenities reverberate the character of this mass timber-framed high-rise tower.

TMBR features an exposed mass timber frame structure, significant in its commentary on today’s construction trade; the construction significantly reduces the amount of concrete essential to the project and thus provides a  more responsible carbon footprint. The exterior design focuses on high-quality materials that are sustainable and local – natural wood, recycled pavers, and modern finishes of bright, clean architectural design. The North Loop is known for distinct fashion boutiques, award-winning restaurants, and inviting walk-to amenities; TMBR builds on the collective strength of this neighborhood, offering its own main floor retail space, a rooftop garden community and private outdoor decks as a unique retreat from urban living.
